On July 16,2023 I got an email stating I would receive in 7 days since I paid the extra money. 2nd week of August I called to let know I didn’t receive the card. Another 7 days still no card. I sent 100 dollars for a deposit and ive been charged for a deposit. My money has been stolen by first latitude and i've asked them multiple times to correct this before the bill comes out and they continue to charge me. This is by far the worst secured credit account I’ve ever seen. First off it took approximately 2 months to receive my card. Then once received, I still can’t use my own money. Retailers at checkout responded with we can’t authorize this card, please choose a different one.
