I was a good customer, on time for three years. This year ADHD slipped me up and I was late twice. They don't report it, but they have a clause that says they can raise your APR for this. The card really is in the power of the beholder! Earn cash back OR crypto rewards. Also, have access to classic Venmo features for efficient peer—to-peer transactions. I think my use of the Venmo credit cards has been eye opening for my personal finances. Credit card usage is easily tracked on the social feed — private or un-private. The card is issued by Synchrony Bank. The card has great features and works well with the Venmo app, but again, it’s issued by Synchrony Bank. Synchrony is known for extraordinarily poor customer service, surprise account closings without reason or notice and mishandling of payments. If the card were issued and managed by a reputable bank, this would be a winner. With Synchrony attached to it, borrower beware.
