spent two weeks dealing with guys I had over 300000.00 in equity just based on tax value we were requesting 87000.00 they said they used digital appraisal which is what I have used on every second I have ever gotten, but thiers was no where close it was 120000.00 below what the county and local realators and my first mortgage company had its value at with no ...Show More

These guys are shysters. They appraised my house for $750K while a realtor did a CMA and appraised it at $1.35M. I asked for a copy of the appraisal and they canceled my loan, LOL. Looks like they really want to make a killing on this deal. They need to have their mortgage license pulled. Total Crooks.
