I highly recommend Point for those who it would serve. It is not for everyone, but with eyes open, careful research and understanding combined with a real need and little options, it was a great choice and the experience was great.

Point took a really long time to process my initial loan and did not explain well how the payoff worked when i sold my home less than 2 years later and took a huge increase in their initial investment, stating that their metrics showed my home was worth way more than it actually was.
