Privacy Matters is a comprehensive information service that can help members ensure that their private information is accurate and up-to-date. Our privacy product includes IRIS® ADVANTAGE provided by Generali Global Assistance. The IRIS® ADVANTAGE credit monitoring service tracks three major credit bureaus—TransUnion, Experian and Equifax—and alerts members of changes that could indicate fraud. In addition, members will have secure access to a personal online dashboard providing access to their credit report and score, along with detailed notifications of suspicious activities such as new credit inquiries or new credit accounts.
