RealCrowd is free for investors, you can create your account here. RealCrowd charges a technology access fee to the operating partner for our services. We do not charge investors any upfront fees, ongoing asset management fees or promote/carried interest in the investments.
Who can invest in a RealCrowd offering?
RealCrowd offerings are open to US-based accredited investors. RealCrowd does not recommend or advise on any offering on our platform. While we have minimum history and experience threshold for Operators who post on our platform, if you are unable to perform your own due diligence, please consult with an attorney or financial advisor prior to making an investment.
I am verified Accredited on another site, can I use that verification on RealCrowd?
It&rsquo;s ultimately up to the investment Sponsor to decide whether or not they will accept Accreditation documents outside of the RealCrowd Accreditation process. Please submit your outside verification documentation to the unique @realcrowd.com contact email within the offering.
I am not a US citizen, can I invest in a RealCrowd offering?
It&rsquo;s ultimately up to the investment Sponsor to decide whether or not they will accept Non-US Based investors.
