This company has excellent customer service, and that says a lot nowadays. I won't do business with companies that can't have real live people at the end of the phone. I've only done one claim over the last five years having them, but I can say that it's the easiest claim I've ever filed.

The truth is for what you get, renters insurance is truly a bargain. Peace of mind when you rent doesn't cost as much as peace of mind when you own. Good tthing, since I'm trying to squirrel away any extra savings to buy a house of my own.

We have been customers for seven years and have just filed our first claim. Each contact was courteous and professional, and the claim was processed as quickly as it could have - as promised.

Just bought a new boat and ended up getting a policy through State Farm. Tried bundling with my Farmers policy but State Farm was less expensive

I had State Farm insurance for my auto for many years, so I figured the renters insurance was the way to go when I moved out on my own. Well, yes, and no. Yes, it's definitely always good to protect your property with insurance. Just make sure that you have extra coverage for items that are expensive, because they don't cover everything.

I've been with State Farm for seven years, and State Farm premiums are reasonable and their claims process is streamlined, professional, courteous and fair. Highly recommended.

State Farm was 8 times cheaper then what I was paying. Not only that, I filed a claim on the internet, less then 5 minutes later I got a call, and it was settled. State Farm is amazing.

If you want an insurance you can count on to always have your back and to reimburse you for what things are worth, then get State Farm. I've had a few losses over the years being a renter but they're always covered by State Farm.

I wasn't sure if State Farm renters insurance would be expensive, so I have to admit to putting it off. Then I heard about someone down the hall being broken into, so I called and got insurance. The price was really reasonable, so I'm glad I finally made the call.

Several years ago I suffered a burglary in my apartment. It was pretty scary to think that someone had been going through my possessions. I submitted my claim to State Farm and they processed it without delay. State Farm is absolutely a first class company.

I really liked the personal approach that the agent took toward handling my claim. The phrase "taking ownership" is kind of a cliche, but this agent really did make it seem like he had a personal interest in settling my claim. And even though ... the burglary took place several years ago, I still remember the caring attitude of the agent.

I should also add that when I first took out the policy, the agent encouraged me to take an inventory of my possessions and take pictures of them. I followed that advice and that made processing my claim a lot easier. I recommend State Farm to everyone who asks.
