So i purchase auto insurance for a rental car on a friday. The site state's that you have to purchase the insurance before actually renting the vehicle, so i did. Come to find out i am unable to use this insurance because the actual car is not listed on the declarations page. I try to contact the insurance company at. Poor customer service and no helpful staff . Specially adjuster even he don’t know how to talk with customer very disrespectful I did a claim in 20 days I didn’t hear anything back I call him that next month I’m flying did you guys did something ? He answer me don’t call us once we finish we will contact you poor customer service will never be customer with sure
