Review for RIA Money Transfer

I am giving Ria a 5-star rating for being the worst money-sending app. This is my second time using Ria to send money, but the app has not been functioning for the past two days. My husband was unable to receive the money, so I had to cancel the transfer. Now, I have to wait for 3-5 business days to receive my money back.

I sent money on July 1st 2023 via RIA. my recipient went to get it and was told it was picked up already. I have tried calling since today August 28th to let them know we don’t have the funds only to receive the runaround.
