Interest rate had remained very low for a long time. Other financial institutions have gone up with the market, Regions has not.

Regions is a great bank to open an account at. Their customer service is superb, they are always a help, and a bad experience should never be had there. If one is searching for a decent bank, Regions should be on his/her list.

I would no recommend a Savings account with Regions as no interest is gained on student accounts. You might as well place a fifteen dollar bill in a cupboard and call that a "savings account".
