It took months for them to set up my account properly. When they finally did they underperformed compared to my other robo advisors. I went to manage my account and they decided at some point to stop managing my account without notifying me, leaving me to deal with td ameritrade to liquidate my account and transfer the funds. Very poorly managed

It is starting to feel like they are no longer supporting the website. They still send you a "our engineers will look into it" no matter what the question is. All the newest, most popular trading apps are not supported. Established investment firm connections are failing. I've had to switch half my portfolio to "manual" just to try to keep some form of tracking. It really just isn't worth the ...Show More

Upon opening the account online, it took them more than 10 days to invest my money after withdrawing funds from my bank. They don't have in-house capability and have to rely on TD Ameritrade. The whole process is slow. On the other hand, SoFi invested my money within 3 days. Go with Sofi.
