I have been using this service for 8 years and I am quite hap with it. There are cheaper options out there, but I have stayed with TA because I have had 0 problems. I like the guaranteed accuracy that is backed by $100,000. Users can also import PDF files of 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ returns with ease.

I find it stressful filing out my taxes as a small business owner. Working with TaxAct could not have been more thrilled. Professional, fast, comprehensive. The company sent everything I needed in a beautiful file folder complete with tabs for future reference right to my doorstep. I'll be working with them for years to come.
