We had a couple debts from a debt collection company we had to pay out of the proceeds… ok no problem we were going to use the money for that as well as home improvements. I was told it would take about a month. Come to find out it actually took 3 months. Mostly due to incompetence & didn't care about me as a customer. They had me send in multiple times the same documents only for them to take too long to process them, then to request the same documents again and again and again.
