Estate planning refers to the process of organizing and managing one's assets and property in anticipation of death, in order to minimize taxes and other costs and ensure that the person's wishes are carried out. Contracts are legally enforceable agreements between two or more parties, setting out the terms and conditions of a particular relationship or transaction.
