absolutely shocking customer service - 9 months after my daughter's shoulder dislocation they still have not paid the Belgian hospital's invoice of less than £800. they have been saying its being paid/been paid since January 2023 - they have sent me £250 compensation /hush money and STILL NOT PAID the hospital

I booked a trip to visit my parents, who lived in Paris. I however, had to cancel my trip when I was diagnosed with covid 19. I was in the Isolation center for about four weeks, and I was no longer disturbed by the fact that the money for the trip had wasted. Review for Allianz Global Assistance Travel Insurance

Read the fine print and ask questions before you purchase. I bought an Allianz policy for a flight to Boston. The flight was cancelled, and I had to buy a ticket from a different airline to arrive in time. Allianz eventually reimbursed me for part of the original ticket price after many conversations with the claims department, but not the full cost.

I had to cancel my reservations last minute due to some work issues I had to attend to. Even with the cancellation, everyone at Allianz Global made me feel great. This touched me so much, and after this, I have used Allianz Global, and I would continue to use them when I travel in the future. They put customers first, and this is something I enjoy.
