The Hartford AARP auto insurance is a great choice for seniors who are looking for coverage options that are not offered at other insurance companies and personalized service. But their insurance rates are a bit higher than most companies. So, if you don't mind paying more to get more coverage and services, then Hartford would be a great option, but if not, you might want to look to another corporation.

Hartford Auto Insurance company has several benefits. Affordable, work 24-hours and coverage is wide. However, their shortcoming comes in customer care. Adding or omitting terms in the insurance is difficult and sometimes their response comes in too late leading to frustrations. If you are willing to trade off the benefits from the doubts, well and good.

The Hartford is honestly amazing. I love that they offer not only emergency roadside assistance, but they also have 24 hour phone availability. I work really weird hours at my job so I can't also call during the normal 9-5 hours that most insurance agents work. Knowing that I don't have to worry about when I'm going to call to fix something is a big relief. My car broke down ...Show More

AARP is an extremely unreliable company. I added my husbands new car to our policy and was told I'd get the insurance cards within a few days. After a week, I hadn't received anything. I contacted them and they stated they'll send them again. Again, a week later and nothing. Also, the customer service reps I've spoken with all tell me different things.
