Until I really started shopping around for insurance I had no idea of all the clauses and specifications that can be added. The main reason I would recommend Hartford is the option to have the premium waived because of illness or disability. I recommend Hartford for those who are more on the older side. Having a grandmother who is getting on in her years, this company has definitely helped her get out of some pickles in the past and continues to make sure she is good and well-taken care of.

Hartford insurance customer service associates were very responsive and informative. I like that different options were presented from easy and affordable to more extensive to choose from without any pressure. Considering the fact that it is a well known, strong insurance company, it gives me some peace of mind. With insurance companies, however, can never be 100% sure until the claim is submitted.
