The following brief descriptions are provided to assist in understanding the coverage options available. Any coverage provided by a Wawanesa Insurance Policy is subject to the actual policy wording, endorsements, and declaration page(s) and all terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions therein. This coverage protects you against possible loss of your home, income and life savings (financial loss) should your vehicle injure or kill anyone and you are legally liable. It also pays for related legal defense, court and investigative costs. This coverage pays up to the first limit for any one person and up to the second limit for two or more persons injured or killed. This coverage protects you against financial loss when your vehicle damages another person's property, such as their vehicle, if you are legally liable. This coverage pays, up to your selected limit, for each person injured in your vehicle, including yourself. It pays expenses for medical, dental, hospitalization and funeral expenses. It also protects you and your household relatives, should they, as pedestrians, be struck by an automobile. This coverage helps pay to repair or replace your vehicle if it’s damaged by an event other than a collision. Examples include fire, theft, earthquake, explosion, glass breakage, riot, vandalism, and windstorm. This coverage pays either the actual value of your vehicle or the cost to repair, whichever is less and is subject to your chosen deductible.

This coverage provides protection if your vehicle is damaged or considered a total loss due to a collision. For example, if you rear-end another car, hit a tree or fence, or another car runs into yours. Collision coverage comes with a deductible, which is the amount you pay before your coverage helps pay for your claim. This coverage pays either the actual value of your vehicle or the cost to repair, whichever is less. This coverage pays up to $100 for each disablement of your vehicle when using our Roadside Assistance Sign and Drive Option. Maximum reimbursement using any other licensed service provider is $50 per disablement. Lockout Service is limited to $100. Roadside Assistance is not available for Travel Trailer/Recreational Trailers or Motorhomes. There is a limit of one (1) reimbursement per disablement and a total of two (2) incidents per covered vehicle per policy period. This coverage provides for expenses for a rental vehicle while your vehicle is being repaired and the cause of damage to your vehicle is covered under either Comprehensive or Collision. This coverage provides protection against the hazard of bodily injury caused by someone who has no auto liability insurance or whose bodily injury limits are lower than your chosen limit for this coverage. This coverage is available on all vehicles not insured for Collision. It provides up to $3,500 towards the lesser of either repairs to or the actual value of your vehicle for damages caused by direct physical contact with an uninsured vehicle where the driver or vehicle is identified and legally liable.
