Worst service. My lease ended in July 2022 and I sent a payoff balance in July and they did not process the payment until July and I end up paying 1 extra month of payment. Recieved a 30 day late payment on my credit. No statements nothing! I returned my car on 09/02 snd Infiniti finace said the dealership didn't ground it until 10/23. They’ll ruin your credit. Run. I had a typo on one of my payments which made me miss 100 bucks of a single car payment. Very rude customer service. They are so money minded trying to bleed customers every so often little by little in monthly bills. Toll bills get sent to them for some reason directly and they dont pay on time resulting in fines, and these guys happily pass it on to customer. Its not the problem with Infiniti Financial its with the dealers not wanting to honor the 1.99% offer. They told me that to get that rate I would have to pay for the certification. I told them that they were nuts and that they are making stuff up as they go along to screw you. Beware of the finance guy!!!!!

I would not suggest anyonr use this. The customer service is super rude, i bought the car out right and end the lease, they tried to get me paid monthly paymemt after i paid for the car. I called customer service said thry made a mistake, they kept saying they owe thr car even though i paid for the car.
