Have leased with Infiniti for many years but am leaving due to their horribly incompetent finance department. I proved to them that they lost a check/cashed it late and also paid a late fee that I did not even owe. Infiniti Financing scams its customers. They won't negotiate on a lease buyout. Instead, they want for you to pay over market or lease or buy a new car. Then, when you return the car, they bang you out for "damages" that aren't accurate. a phone queue anywhere from 25 to 60 minutes) and yet the problem persists. I then wrote a letter to the company over two weeks ago and, to date, I have received no response. The last rep I spoke with by phone assured me that the due date would be changed before the end of December, but, alas, it has not been changed and now my daughter's car payment is overdue because I followed the reps advice on moving the scheduled payment date while they were taking care of my request.
These people will not call you back--even if your call is dropped (which has happened several times), they will not respond to a written letter, and they will not do what they claim they will do. I have also tried many times to get the contact information straightened out on our three vehicles, but, to date, our contact information is still as screwed up as it was when we bought the new cars. I could hire a bunch of grade school students who could do a better job than these people.
As for those who have had no problems with IFS customer service, all I can say is you either haven't had to deal with them or you've been extremely lucky.

It seems that getting an auto loan with Infiniti Financial Services isnt too big of an issue, but afterward, there is zero follow up or after care. My loan process was simple, but trying to get a hold of someone who can assist you afterwards was the biggest problem. No one seems to know what theyre doing, and there is zero communication regarding your account.
It's amazing to me that this company is still in business. They have the worst customer service and it is very obvious that you are just a number to them. No, a dollar sign. They don't care about the Infiniti name and continue to scheme to make money off people.
Infiniti was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Honestly, they are just useless. I think they are there just for the sake of the company saying they have a customer service department. No one there seems to have the ability to help you when you need it. The bills are easy to read and they show your balance, which is nice so that you can see the amount going down every month when you pay. You can really tell when a company is incompetent and can not do their jobs well. Apparently, no one gets the memo when a car loan is paid off. Even after months, I keep getting statements. Coincidence? I think not. I think they are just bad at their jobs and cannot connect the dots.
ATTENTION! If you pay your bill ON TIME, you will not have a problem with Infiniti. Or with any loan company for that matter. They want their money! If you don't pay, they'll hound you. Infiniti Financing needs to be a lot clearer about their payment options. I enrolled in the auto pay so it would come out automatically each month. Little did I know, it doesn't take effect until approximately sixty days after you enroll. That's really ridiculous, and I wasn't even made aware. Now I have a late payment on my credit.
Why doesn't Infiniti Financing want to help you if there is an issue? That is my biggest question. I have called their customer service numerous times and each time, they fail to either answer my question or resolve my problem. They usually make it more complicated. After years and years of being the perfect customer and always making payments on time, they didn't bother to work with me when I fell slightly behind. I ended up extending my lease with Infiniti. When I did that, they didn't send me anymore statements in the mail. I didn't realize that more than a month had gone by, when I got a call about a late payment. It's so frustrating that they stopped sending me statements, I forgot, and now it's my fault.
The customer service here is horrific. I had a billing problem with the online payment system, causing me to have a late payment. This is my first ever recorded late payment, as they could have seen from my credit report. Anyway, they were not helpful whatsoever in helping my fix the issue. I'll be happy when I no longer deal with Infiniti's customer service.
My experience with Infiniti Financing has been a positive one! I haven't had any issues so far, but I also have not had to contact customer service so I don't know where they stand. I get my statements each month and pay my bill and that is that. No issues here! I'm a happy customer as of right now.
This company does not deserve your loyalty! The way it worked was that I'd get my statement every month and make my payment. For whatever reason I didn't receive a statement one month and therefore, did not make a payment. I am busy, so when it didn't come in the mail, I didn't notice. Customer service pretty much told me it was my fault.
The team at Infiniti is great. They are a bunch of professionals who have great customer service skills. I know about the business, so I get people get irritated with cold calls, but they really are doing their best. I've had other financing company employees act like used car salesmen, but not these guys.
I haven't had too many issues with Infiniti Financing as of yet. They are a very disorganized company, I can tell you that. But my loan agents and all the people I worked with there were friendly enough. I have also never failed to make a payment, so I'm sure that effects my opinion of them greatly. Overall, they're okay.
I really wish I hadn't used Infiniti Financing for my auto loan needs. While reviewing my loan and statements, I found various random charges. I contacted customer service and got various answers about what the charges were. It's frustrating. My loan is almost paid up and I cannot wait.
I have had various charges and fees placed on my account with Infiniti and I'm not quite sure why. When I ask customer service they don't really have an answer. It is obvious to me that this company does not care about their customers, or even customer retention. It is a shame because I do like the cars.
