I've been a customer with Infinity Financial for the last 5 years and my QX56 will be paid off in 5 months!! Soon as I bought the vehicle I received my first statement and setup automatic bill pay. I have never been late and I haven't had any issues with them at all! I'm hoping soon as I pay this off they will send my an offer to purchase another new car. My daughter is getting her license and I'll need another vehicle. Would like to get a deal on ...

Infiniti Financing scams its customers. They won't negotiate on a lease buyout. Instead, they want for you to pay over market or lease or buy a new car. Then, when you return the car, they bang you out for "damages" that aren't accurate. I was supposed to have time to get an independent appraisal but the timing of the notice to do so in the letter didn't match what they had in the system so they told me "too bad" you were "too late". There's ...
no opportunity to get a fair shake from them. I will never, ever do business with them again and I will tell anyone and everyone who will listen not to buy anything that involves Infiniti.
I had two infiniti cars they changed the policy and cancelled my auto payment without notifying me. Guess what after a week called me saying my account is overdue!!!! Guess what I paid off the whole thing and never going to buy an Infiniti or recommend Infiniti.. Lousy service
I agree with the negative statements made in this thread, but now there's a new twist. Based on a scam email I received two days ago it's clear that Infiniti Financial's website has been compromised. The email (from a known hacker address I identified by simply Googling the email address) correctly listed my payment date, the amount due, the last five of my Infiniti account and the name (and last four) of my bank account from which my payments are made.
Naturally, when I placed a call to Infiniti their ...
response was to argue rather than take a helpful approach. Finally I was transferred to a 'supervisor' and that turned out to be an immediate voice mail.
I concur wholeheartedly that Infiniti Financial Services is a horrible company regarding customer service and the integrity/security of its website.
I have leased four automobiles from Infiniti with no problem, last two months my statements have stopped coming! I called Infiniti customer service and they blamed it on the mail, I have received all my other mail. They did not offer to send another statement and just kept saying to go online, I want to continue to pay by check and I have always been on time. The representative I spoke to was not helpful and still no statement! Why not make an effort to provide superior customer service when ...
you are representing an upscale brand!
I highly recommend that people do not finance your vehicle through Infiniti Financial Services. These people have zero customer service. I purchased three new Infiniti's last year and I wish now I hadn't. There simply isn't enough room here to adequately describe all the issues with this company, but I'll describe my latest issue.
I have been trying for over a month now to get my daughter's payment due date changed on her 2015 Q40. I have talked with several CS reps (only after having waited in ...
a phone queue anywhere from 25 to 60 minutes) and yet the problem persists. I then wrote a letter to the company over two weeks ago and, to date, I have received no response. The last rep I spoke with by phone assured me that the due date would be changed before the end of December, but, alas, it has not been changed and now my daughter's car payment is overdue because I followed the reps advice on moving the scheduled payment date while they were taking care of my request.
These people will not call you back--even if your call is dropped (which has happened several times), they will not respond to a written letter, and they will not do what they claim they will do. I have also tried many times to get the contact information straightened out on our three vehicles, but, to date, our contact information is still as screwed up as it was when we bought the new cars. I could hire a bunch of grade school students who could do a better job than these people.
As for those who have had no problems with IFS customer service, all I can say is you either haven't had to deal with them or you've been extremely lucky.
Worst EVER........ I set up auto pay and for 11 months and now have been trying to pay off the remainder of the balance for two months and cannot get a payment to them as they seemingly will not allow me to pay more than the minimum amount auto pay is set up for so they can continue charging me finance fee's. I could have paid the entire car off with cash from the start but the dealership talked me into getting a loan for 1 year as it ...
would build my credit further and then I could pay off the entire load in 12 months if I wanted. Now they have created a new website for their finance section and I cannot get it. It tells me I have to register again which I have tried and it will not let me in as the new website is not working properly. I called their customer service and just do things around the house and sit on hold for hours... after some time, the line simply hangs up on me.
Do not finance with Infinit - TOTAL SCAM!
It seems that getting an auto loan with Infiniti Financial Services isnt too big of an issue, but afterward, there is zero follow up or after care. My loan process was simple, but trying to get a hold of someone who can assist you afterwards was the biggest problem. No one seems to know what theyre doing, and there is zero communication regarding your account.
It's amazing to me that this company is still in business. They have the worst customer service and it is very obvious that you are just a number to them. No, a dollar sign. They don't care about the Infiniti name and continue to scheme to make money off people.
Infiniti was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Honestly, they are just useless. I think they are there just for the sake of the company saying they have a customer service department. No one there seems to have the ability to help you when you need it. Terrible service, even worse company.
I made an error on my account with my payment method. I take full responsibility because I did not read the fine print. Well, it came back to bite me. No customer service rep would listen to my explanation and just told me that a late payment is a late payment. Pretty much, I have to deal with it now.
Infiniti is very frustrating to work with. I really like their cars, but the actual financing aspect is awful. My leased vehicle was returned months ago but I continue to receive bills and statements. I have contacted them numerous times trying to clear things up, but nothing seems to be effective.
I had one auto loan with Infiniti awhile back. It was a fairly good experience. The bills are easy to read and they show your balance, which is nice so that you can see the amount going down every month when you pay. The bills also come in a timely manner and aren't hard to miss in the mail. My only complaint would be that the customer service when you call, which I had to do a handful of times, is a bit of a problem. It was a little ...
bit difficult to find the person I needed to speak to. Other than that, a great expeience with this auto loan company.
You can really tell when a company is incompetent and can not do their jobs well. Apparently, no one gets the memo when a car loan is paid off. Even after months, I keep getting statements. Coincidence? I think not. I think they are just bad at their jobs and cannot connect the dots.
ATTENTION! If you pay your bill ON TIME, you will not have a problem with Infiniti. Or with any loan company for that matter. They want their money! If you don't pay, they'll hound you. I've never paid late and I've had a perfectly pleasant experience with them. Get your statement, pay your bill. That simple.
Infiniti Financing needs to be a lot clearer about their payment options. I enrolled in the auto pay so it would come out automatically each month. Little did I know, it doesn't take effect until approximately sixty days after you enroll. That's really ridiculous, and I wasn't even made aware. Now I have a late payment on my credit.
Why doesn't Infiniti Financing want to help you if there is an issue? That is my biggest question. I have called their customer service numerous times and each time, they fail to either answer my question or resolve my problem. They usually make it more complicated. Their customer service dept. is just bad.
If you are a loyal Infiniti customer, it doesn't even matter. I learned that the hard way. After years and years of being the perfect customer and always making payments on time, they didn't bother to work with me when I fell slightly behind. The first time in all my years with them, and ever for that matter. They failed to care about their long term customer!
I ended up extending my lease with Infiniti. When I did that, they didn't send me anymore statements in the mail. I didn't realize that more than a month had gone by, when I got a call about a late payment. It's so frustrating that they stopped sending me statements, I forgot, and now it's my fault.
The customer service here is horrific. I had a billing problem with the online payment system, causing me to have a late payment. This is my first ever recorded late payment, as they could have seen from my credit report. Anyway, they were not helpful whatsoever in helping my fix the issue. I'll be happy when I no longer deal with Infiniti's customer service.
My experience with Infiniti Financing has been a positive one! I haven't had any issues so far, but I also have not had to contact customer service so I don't know where they stand. I get my statements each month and pay my bill and that is that. No issues here! I'm a happy customer as of right now.
This company does not deserve your loyalty! The way it worked was that I'd get my statement every month and make my payment. For whatever reason I didn't receive a statement one month and therefore, did not make a payment. I am busy, so when it didn't come in the mail, I didn't notice. Customer service pretty much told me it was my fault.
The team at Infiniti is great. They are a bunch of professionals who have great customer service skills. I know about the business, so I get people get irritated with cold calls, but they really are doing their best. I've had other financing company employees act like used car salesmen, but not these guys.
I haven't had too many issues with Infiniti Financing as of yet. They are a very disorganized company, I can tell you that. But my loan agents and all the people I worked with there were friendly enough. I have also never failed to make a payment, so I'm sure that effects my opinion of them greatly. Overall, they're okay.
I really wish I hadn't used Infiniti Financing for my auto loan needs. While reviewing my loan and statements, I found various random charges. I contacted customer service and got various answers about what the charges were. It's frustrating. My loan is almost paid up and I cannot wait.
I have had various charges and fees placed on my account with Infiniti and I'm not quite sure why. When I ask customer service they don't really have an answer. It is obvious to me that this company does not care about their customers, or even customer retention. It is a shame because I do like the cars.
