Closed evenings and Sundays, payoff takes 48 hours, can’t reset online passwords without speaking to someone during business hours, can’t pay online unless you have a regions bank account. Very difficult company to use.

I tried to get information about my auto loan from their hotline, 800-231-7493 and spoke to some moron named Laquisha. she had no idea what I was talking about and transferred me to a mortgage department, who transferred me to a collections department, then back to Laquisha, who hung up on me. There was a 5-10 minute hold each time they transferred me. It turns out I had called the ...Show More

If I could give no stars for customer service, I would. I had my name legally changed 4 months after my car purchase. I called Regions to let them know. They had me send all the information in to them (drivers license, marriage license, etc.). I did this and then the next month, my bill came in my maiden name so I called them again. ...Show More

I just paid off my car loan today and called the customer service to make sure they have the correct address on fine to mail me the title of the vehicle. The customer service agent told me that they will be issueing a letter saying the loan was paid in full and I will have to take this letter to a DMV or another office (She did not know where) ...Show More

I have had SOOOO many issues with Regions Bank Auto Loan Company. From misquoted payment amounts, misleading payoff information (I was told one amount and then that amount went up before the end of the payoff date and after I had mailed them a check), charging extra interest I can't find ANYWHERE in my contract, having to wait 10 minutes or more any time I have a question specific ...Show More

Refinancing my car loan with Regions Bank Auto Loans was a fairly painless process. I spoke with various employees who helped me through the application. In the end, I was able to get a lower interest rate. Now I'm paying less monthly, which was the initial goal. They seem to be a decent institution for loans and loan refinancing. I do not bank with them, so I cannot speak on ...Show More

I once waited on hold with customer service for over two hours. I called previous times and was put on hold, but couldn't wait. This particular time I had the time to wait, and after two hours, I was put on with someone who was less than great to speak with. I can't believe anyone would wait this long just to be treated like this. I have my car loan ...Show More

I am more than frustrated with Regions bank. I started banking them a few years ago, without issue. Then recently I applied to refinance my car loan. I was approved, so no issue there. But I did have to contact their customer service line a few times with questions in regard to my refinanced loan, and they were just awful. They did not care about my account or anything like ...Show More

I was honestly sick and tired of dealing with banks that offered horrible customer service, so on the advice of a friend, I switched everything over to Regions Bank. After about a year, I decided to get a new car and got an auto loan through them. They have been so great so far! I haven't had any issues in terms of customer service, billing, etc., and my interest rate ...Show More

Regions is an awesome lender! They are not my main financial institution, but they gave me a really great rate on an auto loan. Because of how satisfied I was with the loan, my sister decided to refinance her car loan through them. They have great customer service that are always available to help you when you need it. I couldn't be more satisfied with the way they work and ...Show More

I have one car loan through Regions Bank Auto Loans and haven't been happier with a lender! They gave me a really low interest rate on the loan, which makes it super affordable to me. I have had Regions Bank as my personal bank for many years and haven't had a problem with them yet. I went to apply for a car loan with them and was declined. The customer service here is definitely lacking. I have contacted them numerous times and asked them to change my payment due date, and they have yet to do it. I'm honestly a bit frustrated with Regions because they failed to notify me that my application was denied. I assumed I'd get an email telling me my status, or at least mentioning that my application was being processed. In the modern century, isn't it a normal practice to notify people by email? I didn't get one, and called customer service. They said they don't notify anyone by email and that ...Show More

I am very satisfied with how Regions Bank Auto Loans has helped me. I got a car about a year ago without really reading into the interest rate. After I realized just how much it was, I wanted an alternative to lower the amount. After making payments on time for quite a while, I refinanced with Regions.
