This was an excellent app until 1.5 years ago when it seemed to have been completely overhauled, e.g. UI must have been replaced; synchronization with vendors became unreliable causing me to owe late fees and interest to some vendors (Cust Serv told me BillGO would cover these fees, but they did not.); 50% of the attempts to open the app were failures. I’ve had Prism for several years. I loved it until the last update. Now half of my bills don’t show up and I’ll have messages saying I need to update info on a particular bill but it wont let me do that. ]">Used to be great. Ever since the (upgrade) now crap. Customer service is almost nonexistent. Will not allow bills to be paid. This is the first time I was late on anything in years. Getting a message: your Payment Has Been Canceled, near, or on the due date. Runaway. A real shame, I use to love this app would recommend it to anyone. Now stay away.

The app used to be great. They completed destroyed it's functionality and for the first time in a long time I have missed bills because of what they did not only to the user interface, but also because they no longer inform you when a biller can no longer be synced.

Bill2Go bought the app and have run it into the ground. One by one, they lost access to one major creditor after another. Instead of working on those issues, they appear to have been wasting all their time on a new user interface which simply doesn't work. It hangs up and freezes.
