- Fishing Equipment and Carry-On Items: Add replacement coverage for fishing rods, reels, and tackle boxes. You can also add personal effects coverage for items you carry on your boat, such as phones and SCUBA gear. Items are covered if they’re damaged, stolen or fall off your boat.
- Hurricane Coverage: Pays for the damages caused by tropical storms, tornadoes, windstorms, and hurricanes.
- Transport Trailer Coverage: This covers non-motorized trailers used to tow your boat. If the trailer is damaged or causes damage, this policy will cover the costs and tow your boat.

Allstate offers a range of insurance products, including coverage for boats. We lost two boats in coastal storms. The first time, the adjuster quickly processed the claim and paid replacement value – a real plus. That was not the case the second time, though eventually the claim was approved, and payment issued.

They will do anything to pass the buck on to you or blame manufacturers. Make sure if you do believe you have damage it is traumatic and blatant from impact or otherwise. They will send an army to debunk your claim and leave you high and dry after years of being faithful customer.

Testing 1 2 3 4 5 - Allstate was the first company I've had that didn't increase my premium after an accident! My boat is my baby and anything that happens to it is like a knife in the heart for me. I'd saved up for years before I got my boat at 20 and Allstate was the third insurance company I've used.

I started using Allstate on my last boat and they beat everyones quotes. They kept premium increases minimal at my estimation even though I had two claims on the sails! Left them when I sold that boat. i'm glad they are both in the past

I used Allstate for a couple years and from my research they had the best response rate to paying any claims. Another bonus is that the rate was cheap.I have had Allstate for years and only filed one claim where I had a tree fall on my boat. The claim was handled promptly and I received a fair settlement.

I'm a big fan of my Allstate insurance agent. I have them for both my boaters and auto insurance and can say that they've been great. I've never had to file a claim for my car, but have filed two for my boat. My agent took on my claims and fought to get me what I needed and deserved. After my brother got into a boat accident, not at his fault, Allstate took great care of him. I'd had another company at the time and almost immediately dropped them to be insured by Allstate. Allstate has been pretty decent for my boat coverage. I was with them for about 6 years before getting rid of my boat for good, and they were a good company. I filed a claim with them and they handled it pretty quick. They also only raised my premium twice (both very small amounts) in that 6 year time period. Allstate replies to claims very quickly. I had to file one for my boat recently, and they solved my problem in no time. I thought it would be a tough process, since this was my first claim that I'd ever filed with an insurance company, but it really was easy. I moved across country, and had to choose a new marina to keep my boat in. Allstate was my insurance provider at the time. They were good up until this point.
