I would not recommend Ally invest, They have sent me incorrect 1099's for 3 straight years and I am still waiting on the corrected version on 3/24/23. Once I get it my account is gone. Every week they tell you next week. I have a simple trading account and my 1099 only has dividends on it, how hard can this be. This is not a company that I want to ...Show More

Ally Invest was my best bet for a novice like me. I was new to the whole system, and Ally Invest made the whole thing like a breeze. I was able to open an account with ease, and I could also access the best investment accounts. Their customer support is also wonderful.

Ally Invest is a great brokerage for passive investors like me. When I wanted to create an account with them, it was very simple and straightforward. They offered me the most popular investment accounts, and I could trade on anything. Asides from that, their app interface and customer support is top-notch.

Ally Invest is horrible!!!! Stay away and do not ever think about putting money in with this pathetic company. I opened custodial accounts for my 3 children (ages 16, 14 and 11) in the hopes that they could buy a stock and see their money grow. I ACH'ed money into my oldest child's account.
