This is the absolutely worse credit card to have because it always sides with the merchant, not with the card holder in cases of a dispute and, furthermore, it does insufficient investigation, believing whatever a merchant, even a fake merchant, says, I lost thousands using this card, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

Absolute joke. I’ve been waiting 5 months for the 60k in promo miles. Numerous calls to Barclays, opened case and still nothing. Past on this one, nothing but a headache

First, redeeming flight points is damn near impossible. They dangle in front of you to sign up it is worth enough points for travel for 2 anywhere in the Continental U.S. I tried numerous times to use mine only to discover that I couldn't even get a round trip ticket for 1 from Phoenix to Houston without using all my points AND pay money. 2nd, shady marketing. ...Show More

This was one of the first credit cards that I absolutely cut up after the first use. They promised I was within my 90 days to get the promised skymiles and then they did not credit them after the purchase...after 3 times contacting them, they refused to make any concessions. Horrible!
