The worst credit card and bank I've dealt with in 40 years. They sent me a letter telling me my check was returned and they were charging me a fee, but did not give the amount. I have tried making payments online as well as by phone. Nope, they say I can't pay them either way and the only way that I have been able to pay is by actually going into the store to make a payment. VERY INCONVENIENT!!!
