Good for beginner checking account owners. They don’t charge too much in annual fees or for overdraft. It’s a basic account, so no rewards but that’s not expected with a beginner checking

I have opened a checkings account however I was not able to actually use it. The APY is high compared to other checking account companies and I do enjoy that there are minimum fees however I found that the customer service was not great or efficient and was very unorganized. This might be because it is a newer company.

Sign up process was simple, approval was also very quick. During the signup process, the bank needed extra information and they contacted in the same day to get me up and running. Customer service was helpful and friendly. Also the website of your account is very easy to use and user friendly.

I’m more relaxed, knowing that I can always check my transactions through my phone and pay any bills for free. I find that very convenient. And if I forget to pay a certain thing, by the end of the day, I can always do it through the platform.
