Opened this account for my son for his first paying job…within a month of opening the account was hacked TWICE! Taking over 2 weeks to get replacement card and over 5 weeks for them to make any adjustments on his balance. TERRIBLE! Customer service is horrible!

I have fairly good luck with B of A. I like the branch I go to down the street from my house. The people are really friendly and helpful and try to anticipate what I might need to make my life a little bit easier. I'm glad that I go there.

I just opened an account with Bank of America. It was a quick and painless process. the staff informed me of my options so i could make choices to suit my banking needs. No sales pressure and treated me in a respectful friendly manner.

I really like the fact that my checking and savings account are linked. if i have an overdraft the amount is automaticaly transferred to avoid overdraft charges.

I've used BofA for many years and I haven't really had any complaints. Their customer service in the bank locations is always very friendly and helpful. They have ATM's everywhere which is very convenient. I've had to call their customer service department a couple times and they've always been very helpful and got my issues resolved immediately. Overall I'd recommend Bank of America for all your basic banking needs.

There is a Bank of America on every corner making it very convenient, and us Californians are all about convenience. Unfortunately, in order to not pay for my checking account (who does that), I had to sign up to use the ATM only. I'm not to use the actual bank. And because of that, I use this strictly for my spending money and that is all. ...Show More

Opened my first bank account 15yrs ago and still a member. One of the most recognized banks across the globe and I can find a branch or atm anywhere I go. Makes access a lot easier when im not in a familiar area.
