By opening an account with PSECU you are eligible to apply for a loan with them too. I used them for my auto loan and the interest rate is about as low as I was able to find in PA. However, you do need to be a PA resident to apply for the loan if I remembered correctly

With more than $4 billion in assets and more than 400,000 members this is one of the biggest credit unions in Pennsylvania. Bauer gives it a 5-star rating and BBB rates the credit union A+. There is no minimum required to open an account and no monthly fees. If you're eligible, definitely consider joining!
