Greedy scummy bank they love to hit you with over draft fees. Antiquated atms just a horrible bank

Horrible bank, do not use. They love to bang your for hidden fees. Horrible attitudes by most branch managers as well. No customer service department so no one cares how they treat customers. Stay away if you’re smart.

Trustco cancelled my card because of a dispute on my account. They do not notify you that they put a hold on your card so if it happens on a weekend you are out of luck and look like a fool when your card is declined in front of everyone and leaves you without access to YOUR money. Worst bank ever and customer service is a joke!
