The staff is very discourteous. I took the auto loan for motor cycle and paid off the whole loan. However, there was slight delay in one of the payments by not getting the payment bill in-time. Without giving me a chance to answer, they went ahead and reported to the Credit Bureau’s and this negative remark would be there for 7 years. This is totally disgusting behaviour. Worst company !! I have been on time with my car and loan payments and all of a sudden they are saying I am over $1000 behind. I have documented proof that I have auto bill paid them each month. WORST company ever!

The good: only $1 is needed to open an account and no monthly service fees. Wings Financial also has a 5-star rating from Bauer Financial. The bad? An F rating from the BBB for failing to resolve customer complaints. Best to steer clear.
