They go into escrow that Clarity makes its own profits from. Creditors get nothing, for months. you will not be aware that every month their legal plan veritas will charge you every month of $59. Plus on your first month, this veritas legal plan deduct 550 on their fees. I am not sure how could i remove myself in this situation with them. This is my second month and of course until now they havent negotiated with any of the creditors. They ...Show More

This information is very false. Please check your sources. This company is a scam. 25% fees? Try 83%. Open 7 days a week? No. If you call at anytime on a Friday they claim it is very late on a Friday and cannot get you any information on your account until next week during business hours.
