My experience with the company was pleasant, until we noticed large fees being deducted from our donations in Paypal. The fees were way larger than the commission fees first claimed by the company, coming close to 6-7% of the donation. For around 1 month I have tirelessly been contacting Fundrazr but without a response.

It allows you to keep all of your donations, you won't be required to pay platform fees (only with the free package) and they support non-profit organizations.
