My experience with the company was pleasant, until we noticed large fees being deducted from our donations in Paypal. The fees were way larger than the commission fees first claimed by the company, coming close to 6-7% of the donation. For around 1 month I have tirelessly been contacting Fundrazr but without a response.

Fundrazr is a great platform to raise funds for yourself and your business. It allows you to keep all of your donations, you won't be required to pay platform fees (only with the free package) and they support non-profit organizations. I really loved the attention and help from the support team in making the experience seamless. It's super easy to set up your campaign and you can share to all social media channels with one click. Payments are quick with the option to accommodate both credit card and Paypal. That flexibility worked wonderfully for my campaign audience.

Based in Vancouver, FundRazr allows individuals and nonprofits to post profiles requesting funds for any (legal) purpose. Payment is made through deductions from donations, which are passed along to recipients immediately. The site is easy to use and customer support is top notch.
