One of the worst companies to do business with - they don't disclose their subscription fees, they don't answer their support phone number (it's a robot that goes right to voicemail), they don't answer their support emails (it can take weeks to MONTHS to get a single reply), they LIE about federal regulations, about KYC and AML requirements, don't provide secure ways to pass KYC or AML requirements, and REFUSE ...Show More

Bright money took $99.00 membership fee plus $10.00 payment from my checking account and I have contacted them numerous times regarding my refund, which I have a screenshot of the chat stating my account would be refunded $110.00 in 5 days. I have yet to see this refund and I am becoming very agitated about this. Has anyone else had this issue??

Agree with the first review. They are scam artists and thieves. They have lied to me on 4 different occasions now about refunding my money to my bank account and even said it was credited back to my amount but didn't get any information to even know who I was. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON'T LET ANYONE YOU KNOW USE THEM EVER!! Horrible horrible they need shut ...Show More

Advertising that They will Help Consumers with Their Credit Only to Abuse Consumers’ Trust through Their “Dummy” Business call Bright Money. Asking for Bank Account Info in Exchange for Assistance with Consumers’ Credit Score. Once They Gain Your Trust, Bright Money WILL Charge You for Unauthorized “Membership” Fees!
