For the past 3 quarters that I have had this account I have been impressed with the dividend returns. I love the idea of having some ownership of real estate without actually having to do the management or maintenance of it. Fundrise makes sure your portfolio has a wide variety of allocations so that your risk versus reward is balanced out.

It’s a really cool idea but I would rather risk 12% gains on stocks instead of real estate. Depending on your age and how much you can invest, reflects on how lucrative of an investment fund rise is.

This is definitely an interesting organization. What I like most about it is their app, which is extremely convenient to use and that it is a good, inexpensive option to get your foot into the real estate investment industry. For those reasons mainly, I would recommend using this company.

I have invested in for a 6-9 months deal 12090 Chalon Rd but have not been paid until 2 years. Now even the interest is gone and that to in state of California. These Guys are playing with other people money.

RealtyShares allows individual investors to own shares in real estate properties they probably couldn't afford on their own and an alternate outlet for real estate owners to offer investment grade properties for sale.. Establishing a profile is free for investors.

Fundrise is no mom and pop crowdfunding operation -- the projects that get funding here often run into millions of dollars. Unless you're a major player, you won't get much traction here.
