I would have given TFC 4 stars in 2012 because I paid my account off and they were great. I started receiving Account Review Notices in the fall of 2013 that stated I owed more money. So I called Customer Service, she looked my account up and yes I was correct so she said she would turn this over to her manager so they could close the account again. I've received a notice again in December and now in January 2014. I called again today and the CS guy also ... told me that yes my account is paid in full and that he would turn this over to his manager to close the account again. More Less
