They lie to you from the very beginning and then continue to do so. Make it sound like you're the liar. These people really need to be taken down a few notches, customer service really needs some help too.

I received a letter inviting me to a loan for $3000 dollars . says you are pre-approved for a loan up to 3000 dollars. This BS letter even had a personal invitation code. I gave them all my personal information ..5 seconds they come back with. We cannot approve you at this time!!!!!
