Equity Multiple's customer service reps are very responsive and helpful whenever I have questions about deals. I like that they have debt & equity deals on the same platform. Deal flow seems slower than others, but I figure that's due to conservative underwriting, which I view as a positive in the end. Wish they would do more QOF deals now that 1031s are probably gone (thanks Biden) as cap gains tax deferral is important to me. Overall good experience though, would definitely recommend. 

Easy-to-use platform with lots of investment options and a strong track record. Friendly and accessible IR team too.

Excellent customer service and reporting. I feel like they're with me throughout the investment instead of just passing me off to the sponsor. Nice variety of deals and fairly smooth investing process. Would recommend it.

I really appreciate the level of diligence that EM does on their deals compared to some of the sites that just list ops.
