Equity Multiple's customer service reps are very responsive and helpful whenever I have questions about deals. I like that they have debt & equity deals on the same platform. Deal flow seems slower than others, but I figure that's due to conservative underwriting, which I view as a positive in the end. Wish they would do more QOF deals now that 1031s are probably gone (thanks Biden) as cap gains ...Show More

Excellent customer service and reporting. I feel like they're with me throughout the investment instead of just passing me off to the sponsor. Nice variety of deals and fairly smooth investing process. Would recommend it.
