May or may not recommend

I scheduled an appt for an estimate on their website. They changed it to the next day instead. I rearranged my day to accommodate them, and they never bothered to show up. Not even a phone call or text message stating that they were running late. Just didn't bother. If that's how they treat someone when they're trying to win their business, they can't be trusted to do the work.
