Dwelling Coverage:

Medical Payments to Others:
This helps cover the medical costs of visitors who are injured on your property. Medical expenses covered usually include costs like ambulance rides, X-rays, surgical procedures, and hospital stays. Note that guest medical coverage doesn't apply to anyone who lives in the home or is listed on your policy.
Liability Coverage:
The personal liability coverage within your homeowner's policy offers coverage for bodily injury and property damage sustained by others for which you or covered residents of your household are legally responsible.
Other Structures Coverage:
This covers structures on the residence premises separated from the dwelling by a clear space or connected to the dwelling by a fence, utility line, or related connection. Examples include a detached garage, tool shed, driveway, swimming pool, gazebo, or fence.
Personal Property Protection:
This coverage protects the items in your home, like your furniture. If they're damaged or stolen, personal property coverage could help you cover the cost of replacing them.
Loss of Use Coverage:
This coverage reimburses the insured for the cost of maintaining a comparable standard of living following a covered loss that exceeds the insured's normal expenses. For example, it could include an insured's motel bill while fire damage to the home is being repaired or replaced or until the insured moves to a permanent residence.
Allstate Home Insurance customers can also add the following riders or endorsements to their home insurance policies:
Earthquake Coverage (state-dependent):
This covers some of the losses and damage that earthquakes can cause to your home, belongings, and other buildings on your property.
Electronic Data recovery insurance:
This is the most surefire coverage option for businesses. Electronic data loss insurance is configured specifically for businesses that rely on data. This insurance may also cover the costs associated with downtime that occurs due to data loss.
Green Improvement Coverage:
This endorsement allows a home to be rebuilt with green materials or items to be replaced with more energy-efficient versions in the event of a covered loss.
Identity Theft Protection:
This rider protects homeowners in the event of identity fraud and pays for the cost of restoring their identity.
Personal Injury Liability Coverage:
This protects you against bodily injury and property damage for which you or the residents of your home are responsible.
Sewage and Drain Backup Coverage:
This coverage helps you repair water damage from overflowing drains and sewers, broken sump pumps, and damage that results from water moving from the ground up.
Valuable Items:
Valuable personal property coverage protects items such as expensive collections, engagement rings, watches, and other jewelry from theft, loss, or damage.
Yard and Garden Coverage:
This endorsement offers expanded coverage for items like trees, landscaping, tools, and riding lawnmowers.

I endorse AllState home insurance. They are user friendly when adding the home insurance to a home purchase. They work with your lender and help keep your house in the right insurance policy. I also have an agent I can call if things get to complex or technical.

Moved on from my previous insurer as the price kept increasing and All State had good reviews and provided a quote a lot lower than my existing insurer. I like that the process for purchasing the policy was handled entirely online and it was very simple to complete. I have also been impressed with the AllState app. It has been a lot easier to navigate than my previous insurer's.

After having a bad experience with Allstate when they didn't pay out an auto insurance claim in a timely manner, I would not trust them with my home. Their customer service is terrible and they are super expensive. The adjuster was inside quickly, but they low balled the damage.

Allstate is one of the most largest insurance carriers in the world. The home insurance options plans are great! However, it is very expensive compared to other insurance companies. You obviously get what you pay for though. Their customer service is not the greatest in the world but they get the job done and pay what they owe.

Getting Allstate Home Insurance has proven to be one of my best decisions in recent years. Sometime ago, a heavy snowfall damaged my yard, I only had to fall back on the coverage provided by my insurance with Allstate and I got it fixed. The response to my problem was really swift that it left me amazed and happy. Allstate home insurance is something you should have as a homeowner.

After hurricane Sandy my mom’s Allstate broker promptly handled her storm damage claims. The damage was minimal but, given her age, the level of customer service and quick response were so important. Allstate has a network of individual brokers. Her broker was great in this instance. It was also her first claim on the policy.
