To start the customer service representatives are super nice and helpful. The process for applying and getting approved is super easy and quick. The downside to this loan is the extremely high interest and the high payment structure. You will be paying triple the initial loan amount. The company is not ethical. It is a payday loan, not a personal loan. Insane interest rates. I was hung up on multiple times, children crying in the background, and they try to secure your passwords for your bank STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a scam. They don't tell you about the insane interest rate. When you call the customer service hangs up on you. I got hung up on 3 times when asking to leave a survey. I was then put on hold for 20 minutes as if they were waiting on me to hang up. All because I asked to take an automated survey. This is a scam.
