They are just as bad as Lifelock for verifying your ID for account setup. IDWatchdog pulls erroneous data from public records which then screws up your account creation requiring a call to customer service. They could not even figure out that my wife's relatives have been dead for years, yet IDWatchdog asked for their ages. They can't seem to separate my wife and someone else with the ...Show More

Really glad I signed up for this service. It was only a few bucks a month for me cause it was an optional benefit through my employer. If you rely on this company for watching over your identity and protect it, forget about it. They are prehistoric in their ways of dealing with customers which makes me wonder how effective they can be about their main purpose. Clever name. I'm happy to have a watchdog watching over my credit. I also really like how they track anything that has occured with your medical benefits. I had a good friend who had someone use her medical benefits. They hit some of her thresholds for the year and it was a big mess.
