Intelliloan® was founded in 1993 by President and founder Darryl Preedge. The company first opened its doors in Downey CA with 3 just 3 employees and has since grown to now having employees in multiple states, and is now licensed in 33 states. Darryl started his mortgage career in 1991 and after 3 years opened up his own mortgage company. His attention to detail, knowledge and expertise helped him to expand his company to a mortgage banking operation, lending in multiple states across the country. Through the decades, our core strength has been the trust of our clients and the dedication of our talented and ambitious staff. These are the two attributes that have enabled us to thrive and rank consistently among the top lenders in the mortgage industry.
