They suck. It's does not mean if you have great on time payment history, with multiple loans, paid timely.The refinance option policy makes no sense. You cannot get a logical response from anyone. The CEO / co founder the mission stated they do not base their decision solely on credit. It's misleading. Do not waste your time

I applied last year but was told that I could not be approved until after my open bankruptcy was closed. THAT WAS ALL THAT I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO HAVE WAS THE DOCUMENTS SHOW IT WAS CLOSED. No credit check was supposed to have been done So got the letter sent it in then I'm being told because of multiple filings,from some report that wasn't even accurate and ...Show More

Pretty easy to understand process. Did it all on the app. They do check credit scores which the application tells u.
