LendUp’s mission is to provide anyone with a path to better financial health. We build technology, credit products and educational experiences for the 56% of the US population who are shut out of mainstream banking because of poor credit or volatile incomes.

All of our technology is built in-house. We currently offer several types of credit products, including loans and credit cards. We embed education into our products, and where available, credit building opportunities, to help borrowers improve their long-term financial health and break out of vicious debt cycles.

LendUp offers a quick online application and instant decisions, 24/7. Good credit isn’t required. We also offer a series of free online education courses designed to boost your financial savvy fast.

They are upfront about everything. The more I tried to use the website, the easier it became to use. The customer service helped me a lot as the quick answers to any problem helped to smooth over any issues. If anything comes up, I will not hesitate to reuse the service

Initially, I thought "great idea". However, the more I tried to utilize, the more trouble I encountered, and found it difficult to impossible to contact anyone to help. The ladder is a lie when they first started it was a great company but after 2 years with them they started predatory lending you borrow 500 they want 800 back no matter if you pay off early
