Honestly, I know I'm at peace of mind when everything is taken care of under one roof, like Progressive. A large insurance company, with plenty of representatives that are experts and who are willing to help. Previously, I had an insurance plan with Jake from SF - and it would take me multiple hours to even get an answer. Progressive has always been quick and easy.
