We use Cheddar Up for all payments for my band booster club. It's drastically simplified how volunteers spend their time. We have a constant "paper trail" of all the ins and outs. Favorite thing about it is how flexible it is and their amazing support team.

They sent a message to us stating the money was refunded to our customer( Which they didn't get) its been a month and still no followup and no one is answering.. Looks like a Fraudulent company. Planning to file a complaint with BBB ADDA Farmhouse

I had a bad experience with Cheddar Up. I was not able to recover penalty fees when a contributer to a fund I was collecting for mistakenly reported the charge as potential fraud with her credit card company. Even when the contributer contacted Cheddar Up verifying the charge, including her correspondence with her credit card company, the "result" was that the money was deducted from my bank account, ...Show More

Every group organizer should be using Cheddar Up. It has changed my role as a PTA leader. The community can now pay online, and every board chair - whether it's events, dues, fundraisers, after-school enrichment...even point of sale - it does it all. And it saves us hours. Reporting is great. THE perfect tool for groups.

It does not save signature of transaction, so when it come to dispute, the seller does not have any proof. We were charged more for the dispute than the actual amount of sale.

Cheddar Up has been the easiest Platform to use for Collection Services. They also offer so much more then Square, Paypal, or Venmo! The site is User Friendly and is very Manageable for collecting Group Payments. Their Customer Support is also always there to assist if a problem or issue ever comes up. Best Part is its FREE to the collector! I LOVE Cheddar Up!

I collected money for a league that is being tied up for a review of my identity. I sent my info, even though I did not feel comfortable giving my social media info for proof of identity. Needless to say, I am still waiting on my withdrawal from 8/11/19 when I requested to withdraw collected funds.
