Like everyone with a bad experience, Qoins is holding $133 of MY money. Worse, they sent a check for the amount that BOUNCED, which cost ME an additional $15 charge from my bank. The fact that they’re still soliciting new customers while bilking their old ones is disgusting.

I have been trying to get my more than $7,000 that they have put on hold and will not release since august 2022. I have sent more than 30 emails. I cannot get into my account and I am desperate for my money. Qoins used to be a great app, they decided to upgrade their services and then blocked access to the old users accounts in July 2022. They continued to bill users for a service we were not getting. I had a check sent by them not received by discover cr for $140. After months they sent me a check for $140. I deposited it and it bounced. Now I am out $140!!! They will steal your money. I was using this app for months and then they stopped sending the payment in July 2022. I contacted them and they blamed it on their migration. It is now September 2022 and they have not paid or refunded me. I also got charged for a subscription after I clearly cancelled. They are terrible.

I've been paying off my credit card with Qoins and nearly double my payments every month. Although, it's $1.99, i barely ever feel it bc they just take it from the change I saved.
