All you really need is a high deposit to begin with, this company has just about everything else. Excellent customer service, to very low monthly fees, a dedicated and safe app, and a great APY, which is very important.

Excellent APY and no annual fee were my top priorities when I were searching for a money market to put aside some rainy day funds, and then I found UFB. I am highly satisfied with their approach to the business side of things and as long as you keep a minimum balance in your account, you will never have regrets or second thoughts of your decision. highly recommend.

I opened an account with them some years back but I am not impressed by the bank's overall modus operand, especially their unresponsive customer representativesi. The charges are not friendly either when compared to other online banks our there. I dropped them when I found a better option. I wouldn't know if they have upped their game now.

UFB Direct has great customer service, they were very helpful and answered all of my questions so there was not any doubts in my mind the only thing you have to remember is that for no monthly fees you have to keep a 5,000 minimum balance. I have been happy with them since I started banking with them and I have recommended them to my friends.
